    Pour + Stir

    Pour all water at once to fill between level 1.5 and 2 on the chamber. Stir gently with the paddle for 10 seconds. Insert plunger immediately — no steep phase.

    Press

    Press slowly with the natural weight of your hands, 20-40 seconds. Stop at the hiss. Dilute with hot water for Americano style.
